Why should I trust you with my personal footage?
We realise that sending a complete stranger your personal videos could be a worrying prospect. We want you to feel completely at ease throughout the process.

First of all please only send us video footage you are comfortable sharing. Secondly your footage will be stored only for the duration of the editing process – as soon as we have sent you your finished film we will wipe your footage from our system. Thirdly, after our initial email conversation we will always give you a call to chat through everything and ease any worries you may have. What can I film?
Anything you want! We’ve tried to cover most bases with our three Inspirations (Holidays, Weddings and Special Occasions) but don’t think you are limited to these options. You are free to film whatever and wherever you like!

What camera can I use to film?
Most cameras these days have a video option, so almost any camera will do. Just make sure that it can record in high definition (if you want to get techy, anything 720p or above will do fine!). If you have any doubts just get in touch and we can help.

Can I use my phone to film?
Unfortunately we do not accept phone footage for a Your Momento film. However, we have a special package you might be interested in, allowing you to bring together all your phone videos to document Your Life in one short film. Click HERE for more information.

How do I get my videos to you?
We will provide you with a link to our upload page and then you simply follow the instructions given (Upload speeds may vary depending on your internet connection). If you prefer, you can send us your footage in the post. Any queries, just ask!

Can I buy additional physical copies of the film?
Depending on the package you choose, we offer up to 5 physical copies of the film, as well as a digital download of the file.

How do I pay you?
We take a small deposit up front which can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Deposits vary depending on the package chosen.

How long will it be before I receive the finished film?
Once we have received your footage, we aim to get the finished film to you as soon as we can, normally within 14-21 days. This may be longer than you expected but this is due to the personalised nature of our editing process – we don’t use any templates, every film is uniquely crafted!
